Coach propelka, Can you make a video on how to take care of your fingers? I play several hours per day and I sometimes jam my thumbs when I set and fight through the pain. I ice it down and even put a wrap/spica splint after the games. Any advice how to strengthen or prevent this? By the way, I'm waiting for things to line up and will be trying out your vert program here soon.

For instance Nike zoom Hyperace 1/2/3, Nike React Hyperset, Nike zoom Hyperspeed or not available anymore Nike Air Zoom Hyperattack made for Olympic games 2016. For me best shoe ever that was derived from Kobe 6 with modified upper specially for Volleyball

I'm only 5'4 but i can reach 8ft 11 inches by running but when i jump to spike a ball in matches I'm only jumping like 8'4/5 high and my spikes always gets blocked because of that can you give me some advices to correct it? And i want to do a top spin serve but i can't i tried watching yt videos about top spin serve but they all explain it in complicated way i can't understand like snap your wrist, spike at highest point i tried doing that but it didn't worked

In the end we have to remember: Like everything else in this world volleyball is (not only) BUT ALSO a matter of talent! If someone is not born or at least raised early in a way to develop the set of abilitys that are needed to learn and play volleyball beyond average, then I believe in most of all cases and no matter how much he loves the sport -- no kind of training and no amount of training can make him a really good player that plays much above average because it will be much more demanding or even impossible. Another factor is that when entering the mid twentys or so most people simply don't really have the time anymore that would be required to catch up. It is also a matter of physique.. Noone can expect to become better than average if he or she didn't play any sport ever or for a long time or simply isn't born with a powerful physique. It if a difference if someone did sports from the age of 10 or starting in the 30s or 40s...

I am now satisfied with my float serve and I can 100% ge the ball over. I am now focusing on attacking and I will take these tips definitely! I’m getting the hang of approach and hitting but I still need to work with reading the set and the contact point. I’m so excited to learn spiking well!
